glouglou.vin is a living selection of addresses and professions around food and wine cellars. A scene that unfolds without algorithm or advertising, simply by word of mouth from people in the trade.
How does it work?
With each new publication, an establishment chooses three wines representative of its menu, range, selection, or desires – and invites another address to join the selection. A chain of recommendations between professionals, like passing on a good tip between friends.
Why three wines?
Because three is enough to tell an identity without overwhelming the visitor. A white, a red, a natural, a classic, a favorite… Each trio is a snapshot of what matters to the house.
Who can appear?
Restaurants, wine cellars, wine bars, hotels, cheese shops, pastry shops… Any address where wine is part of the story. The only condition: be invited by an establishment already present.
